The Pacific Basin is rapidly becoming the economic, scientific and technological center of the world. The area successfully meets the challenge of the third industrial revolution resulting from the drastically diminishing cost of computer memory units and the whole renewal of production processes. The real challenge is assimilating these basic changes into technology, specifically into thermal-fluids engineering. The Pacific Center of Thermal-Fluids Engineering is established to organize symposia, workshops and continuing educational lectures and to gather together researchers and practitioners in the spirit of cooperation and friendship.

Pacific Center of Thermal-Fluid Engineering, a non-profit organization, has been registered in the State of Hawaii, USA. The map shown below depicts where the Center has provided its services since 1985 (or since 1978 including those prior to establishment of the center).
